BED BUGS!!! The walls were covered in dirt and residue from whatever was splashed on it by previous people. Fridge and microwave were dirty with roaches crawling in it. Bedsheets had stains and holes. Worst of all? I found a bed bug after waking up! Property still charged me for a night but let me cancel the rest of my trip. Disgusting.

I had made a mistake and booked room as I usually do at fiesta trails but found out I booked Wrong motel 6 I had put fiesta only and not fiesta trails. Called motel to explain my mistake and they said they could not cancel and refund. With the help off Anna the clerk at fiesta trails got to get a room there. So had to pay again. That’s the only inconvenience I had for the first time .

Good price and clean. Staff was very friendly and was helpful on extending my stay another day. Setup of the room was nice for the price. Mostly quiet minus some road noise but it is off a major freeway. Only other minor issue I had was turning the bed light off also turns the electrical outlet by the bed off too. But there were other outlets I could use. Id stay here again.
