Don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this Clean, and cozy lake front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large deck overlooking Lake Eufaula and your private covered boat dock with swimming and fishing access. Custom built steel charcoal grill and large fire pit for outdoor family fun. RV spot with power, water and sewer hook up is available on site for additional fee. You will have everything you need for cooking, eating, playing games, having an outdoor fire in the fire pit while overlooking lake, swimming off the dock, fishing off the dock. Children and dog fenced play area.
Put your boat in the water about 2 miles from the property and pull up to your private boat dock. Enjoy fishing in a large cove that has bass and crappie in fall and winter months. Located just across the main body of Lake Eufaula is the town
of Eufaula and the cove which has dining and entertainment. Drive your boat right up to the dock in marina where you can tie up and enjoy food, live entertainment, drinks and more.
The property is located about 15 minutes from dining and shopping in Eufaula, Ok and 30 minutes from McAlister, Ok which has outlet malls, movie theaters and Choctaw casino. Centrally located, you will be situated about 2 hours from Oklahoma City and 3 hours from Dallas Texas.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay the week of Labor Day! The house is better than pictured and so clean. It had cute, homey decor and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was great having a boat slip to dock our boat and fish off of in the evenings. Thanks for the heads up about tree stumps in the cove. We just took it slow and were just fine. It’s a good location on the lake and the neighborhood was quiet. The back deck was great and it was nice having a gas grill to use. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Listing includes pitch on covered boat stall. What it doesn’t include are the many “ land mine” tree stumps in the cove. After 50 yrs of boating I finally hit one. Bent the output shaft on the outdrive. The stumps in the cove should be part of the advertisement.

Great Place on the Lake

This cabin was perfect for us! It was just the two of us for a week away to spend time on the water and disconnect and recharge. The cabin was tucked away in a lake neighborhood and off the main roads which was really nice. It was spotless and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The private dock was great since we brought our boat down and the boat ramp was only about five minutes away. There are lots of places to eat both on the water and on the main strip in Eufaula. We would definitely stay again. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful Home

This house checked all the boxes! Clean, easy to get to, on the water, has a boat dock! Extremely well kept property. If you like a hard blowing cold AC then this is the place for you. Best working AC I have ever experienced! I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals. This one has it all. The property manager was excellent to deal with as well! Thank you for having us!

The house is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area in a cove right on the lake Everything you could possibly need was there. We were able to prepare many meals while visiting with family. The back deck provided a relaxing atmosphere every morning while enjoying our coffee. The RV spot was just what we needed for other family members visiting. Owners provided great communication and made us feel welcome.

We had a blast fishing off the dock and roasting smores in the firepit. Everything about the place was nice and cozy, stocked with all the things you might need. It feels like a home away from home and has great lake views.

Excellent property!

We had a blast during our stay at this property. House was very clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for our stay. The back deck has a wonderful view and the dock was great for swimming and fishing. There were plenty of games to keep kids entertained inside and out. We would love to come back in the fall or spring when the fish are biting.

Great memories

The trailer was fully stocked with everything you need and I do mean everything I was impressed. It was clean and the air was on so we did not walk into a hot trailer and it was a very hot day felt good to sit down and relax. Ryan was very helpful with questions I felt at ease texting him we really enjoyed our stay, no fish but maybe next time. Really cute place and plenty of privacy.

We will be back for sure. Clean place nice area. Had a great time fishing off the boat dock. Back porch is a great place to sit and watch the wildlife. We brought our kayaks and it was easy access to the water. Owners very willing to help with any questions.
