Charming, light-filled SE Eugene 2-story house

This light and bright fully remodeled 1940s home is full of charm and all you need for an enjoyable stay. Skylights, French doors and windows abound, allowing for plenty of light and a cheerful ambiance throughout this lovely two-story home.

The upstairs bedrooms have firm, comfortable mattresses and organic cotton linens, and each has a walk-in closet. The main bedroom also offers a sitting area for enjoying a movie with surround sound.

The private deck off the kitchen and the large windows in the downstairs office overlook a large, level backyard. Within walking distance you'll find restaurants, cafés, bakeries, groceries, and parks, as well as the Amazon biking trail. Enjoy a morning stroll to Provisions South neighborhood eatery for breakfast!

The home is charming - bright, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. I felt at ease the moment I walked in. The hosts were very considerate, leaving a small basket of treats and a personal note that made the stay feel welcoming from the start. The house was well stocked with everyday essentials (toilet paper, napkins, etc.), and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. I enjoyed using the kitchen and appreciated the tea and sugar provided. The hosts were responsive and accommodating throughout. I would gladly stay here again.

Clean house, well-appointed amenities. Well supplied kitchen, bathroom products. Love the heated bathroom floor. Nicely down remodel on older home. However, the single beds were very uncomfortable. There was nowhere to hang a coat, it's winter! Not having a table in the dining room was unusual. The floor in the kitchen was very slippery. The WiFi address is not correct in the information packet. Very difficult not to track mud, leaves, etc. into the house with a very muddy walkway to front door.

Wonderful home. We were in town with our family and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely - warm and inviting with enough space and cozy corners to appease all. Kitchen has a very nice eating area with views out into the backyard. The deck is perfect for a cup of coffee alone or with a friend.

A wonderful place to stay. It is immaculately clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the house overall gives a real feel of spaciousness. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessities, and it’s close enough to everything that you’re never more than 10 minutes or so from whatever you may be seeking. The owners left us a lovely basket of fruit, chocolate, and Oregon Pinot noir as an additional bonus. They really do a wonderful job with this little hideaway, and it’s a very pleasant stay.

Wedding Stay

Property was older than we realized and in a very old residential neighborhood. There was a garage sale going on next door when we arrived. Clean, easy to check in. Small, glad we weren’t there for long as there wasn’t a comfortable living room situation. Overgrown yard needed a bit of trimming. Hosts made it easy so kudos to them.

A sweet house carefully curated for guests. We cooked a family birthday dinner and had all the tools we needed. Hosts left us a beautiful welcome basket w fruit n candy and a bottle of Oregon wine! Location in SE Eugene near the bike path was also a plus.

Peaceful, beautiful, well-appointed house

The house was in a quiet and convenient neighborhood relatively close to U of O and had everything we needed. It was clean and beautifully and comfortably decorated with no clutter and easy-to-access amenities. Communication with property owners/managers was clear, helpful and responsive. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and treats left for us, piano to play and useable office space and back porch. Great to be able to park in the driveway although much street parking. Will come stay again with the rest of the family!

This is a wonderful place: great neighborhood on a fairly quiet street, easy walk to excellent restaurants, markets, and just about anything one could want. The house is very comfortable with great light, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a world class shower. Also plenty of off-street parking as well as a single car garage. The hosts were very friendly and quick to reply to questions. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Charming home in a great Eugene location

We visited Eugene to see our college student and attend a Ducks football game. Karin is a fantastic host. The house is warm and welcoming with all the amenities you need. The house instructions were clear and communication with Karin was excellent. We realized we had forgotten an important item after we checked out. Karin graciously went to the house, found the item and made sure we were able to retrieve it. The house is well located near Amazon parkway, several restaurants and grocery stores. It is a short drive to campus and the stadium. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection, down to the last detail!

Y'all- look no further. This is the most convenient, clean, easy to use, light, bright property I have ever rented. From the thoughtful hook ijust in the right place for the shower, to the easy to use door code system, to the lovely quiet location just a short walk from Albertsons/Starbucks, it was the perfect respite from a busy Ducks weekend. Bright and cheery paint colors, a quiet office nook, and lovely back yard make this an extra special rental. Karin is super communicative and responsive. 5 stars!

Unpack the Quack hospitality

We were in town for a wedding. It was my husband, myself, daughter and niece so it was perfect for our group. We weren't at the house much but it met our needs. Very cute and clean inside. We did get littles nervous when we 1st pulled up with the way the yard in the area were taken xare of.
