wifi is not available on the third floor, we asked to be switched to the second floor, but the Wi-Fi signal in the room was still poor. when room service was required, was surprised to see the bed was not prepared but only the trash was removed.

Found out we were having a granddaughter.

Although most everything was relatively clean and acceptable, we did have some concerns. Cobwebs and spiderwebs in the room and being a pet friendly hotel some of the furniture was scratched and frayed. my suggestion would be to designate certain rooms for pets and other rooms 100% pet free. We stayed in a room with a king bed that was a suite. We had split units for AC and heating that both worked wonderfully. The complementary breakfast in the morning was fantastic. We loved the fresh baked cookies every evening between 7 and 9 PM. The best part of our stay was definitely our interactions with the staff.

Overall it was average. Location is good for dining and shiopping.Hotel has the harrrowest of parking spaces that barely accommodated our Silverdado.Carpets and furniture are in need of an update. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating especially Emile at the front desk.. Staff and service made up for the other shortcomings.

Overall Spacious Nice Comfortable Room

The large room was nice and the hotel over all great! However, had difficulty in the evening finding someone present to answer questions. Also the employee at breakfast was very nice but the breakfast was minimal and the cooked food cold.

I’d Come Back

Trip to Eugene for an event at Autzen Stadium. Great location. Walking distance to downtown and the stadium … less than 20 minutes. The room was fine for the price. The breakfast was okay. The location was great. And the pool is open 24/7. Great for a late night hot tub soak.
