Great place to stay. Right across from UofO basketball arena. Clean rooms, super pleasant staff, heated pool and ice machine. Very peaceful stay and already have a second fall reservation for a longer stay!

Because my wife is in a wheelchair we stayed in a handicap room . It was very good except the road sounds like heavy trucks can be heard as it is next to the street. Next time we will ask for a regular room in the back away from the road. Again nice place, good staff and clean

Reasonable cost, nice breakfast, good check in. They wanted more money for usual requests suck as early check in/late check out. They wanted us to pay $10 to have linens on the sofa bed. There was a listing of charges if you felt you wanted to steal the hair dryer, alarm clock etc to take home. Made me feel like I was being pre-determined as a thief! Don’t blame me for the other losers that rented this room before me.

First and foremost, the reason for my 5 star rating was cleanliness. It was super clean and both the front desk people were really really respectful and nice. The morning guy ( maybe the owner ) also let me get some of the complimentary breakfast after being late just because i had a long drive ahead of me. Respect.

It's an older property directly across the street from U of O. Gives what you need for a business or casual stay. Recommended and I would stay here again.

Guy at check in was very friendly and wanting to know lots about Alberta Canada. Lol Hate to say it but the breakfast was terrible at best. I mean why even bother. You like other hotels I’ve stayed at put the free breakfast thing in to draw in customers but why not put in an honest effort and get some honest praise. Lol. Rest of my stay was fine

Definitely an older property, showing signs. The dresser drawer was just opening on its own because the track was loose. So little things like that but clean and easy parking. Walking to plenty of nice green spaces and food

Terrible room location and smelled musty as soon as we walked in. Could not stand it so we checked out right away. They didn’t care and would not offer a refund. It was very cheap but not worth it!
