The home also incorporates eco-friendly elements such as blue jean insulation, a tankless water heater, solar electric system, LED lighting, and an Energy Recovery Ventilator. Plus, all wood finishes and paint are low-VOC for a healthier indoor environment.

Exploring the Redwood Coast is a breeze when you stay at this rental. Redwood National & State Parks, Old Town Eureka, and the charming town of Arcata are all just a short drive away. You can also take a day trip to the nearby beaches of Trinidad or visit the Sequoia Park & Sequoia Park Zoo, which are within walking distance from the cottage.

-Alley is for loading and unloading only. Please park on street. Paralell parking in front of the yellow garage is ON THE STREET is ok.
-EV charging is from 11pm to 8am. $20/nt fee. You can leave your car plugged in, but charging will not activate until 11pm. If you need extra charging, the nearest location is The Bayshore Mall. Please let us know if you would like to add EV charging to your reservation.
