Room was not cleaned (hair and stains on the sheets, hair on the toliet, standing water during shower). No hot breakfast. The murals were cute, but room cleanliness and parking being tight would make me not stay here again.

I had a problem the first night with the TV. There was an event nearby and think I got one of the last rooms they moved me the next day to a room I liked. Mattress was good. It was my first time staying there and the room is worth is at there normal rate. The staff was nice. Location can’t get any better in Fortuna.

GOOD: The room was clean. - Check in was fast. - new room pricier for next night was much better! BAD: first night - The heater was noisy and rattled throughout the night - we didn't sleep - there were no blankets (we tried to turn the heater off but froze) - downstairs room next to parking lot had lots of vehicle and resident noise (late to bed, early out) - Breakfast was terrible. Some cereal, toast, yogurt, minimal fruit, etc. Previously we remembered they had eggs, biscuits., gravy, waffles?, more items....

The room was very outdated and run down, but the bedding was clean. The pool was closed (although we probably wouldn’t have used it anyways). The breakfast was very basic with some prepackaged items but I guess it was better than nothing. The staff was friendly.

Pretty old hotel. Need remodeling and change linen to new. For example our bed sheet used to be white but we had grey color because very old. Room was clean but smell like somebody smoke there even it’s smoke free hotel.

The heater was making a very loud noise when running and when it stop stopped it stopped running it made even a louder noise. My daughter and I didn’t sleep at all. The next morning we asked if we can change rooms and the guy said no. I told him we have a long drive home and I need a good night sleep. He said he would have someone look at it. Well that didn’t happen. We got back late. Went to bed and had to deal with the noise. I had to make many stops because I was so tired. I’ve stayed here before but never again. The pool was not working and our TV was not working. The bed was uncomfortable. I don’t know what’s happening to this place. They don’t care about there customers. I do have a video of the heater noise I going to post.
