Kaunis 4500 neliömetrin koti, täydellisesti ylläpidetty ja päivitetty äskettäin tuoreella maalilla ja uusilla mattoilla, valmis perheesi yhdistämiseen, kasvaneet tytöt tai kaverit viikonloppu tai loma.

Upeat näkymät kaikkina vuodenaikoina. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat molemmissa perhehuoneissa tarjoavat kauniit näkymät Beaver-järvelle ja upeaan auringonlaskuun. Tuo kamerat ottamaan kuvia auringonlaskuista! Ikkunoista on paljon lintuja ja muita eläimiä. Hirvet nähty päivittäin auringonnousun ja auringonlaskun aikaan.

Upea keskeinen sijainti paljon hauskoja ulkoilua. 5 minuuttia Starkey Marinaan, josta voi vuokrata veneitä, ja Belle of Ozarks -kierroksen järvelle. 20 minuuttia Eureka Springsiltä hyviä ostosmahdollisuuksia, baareja ja ravintoloita. 10 minuuttia vuokrata kanootteja ja kajakkeja White Riverille. 30 minuuttia intohimopeliin. 180 asteen näkymä järven pääkanavalle. Ei suoraa pääsyä järvelle omaisuutta. Ei omaisuutta.

Talo on avoin pohjaratkaisu, käänteinen tarina ja puoli, jossa valtava, avoin keittiö, 6 makuuhuonetta, 2 suurta perhehuonetta ja 3 1/2 kylpyä. Mestarilla on täysi kylpyhuone ja king-kokoinen nukkumisvuode pääkerroksessa. Alakerrassa on 4 makuuhuonetta. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode. Kahdessa muussa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kaksoset. Suuri parvi autotallissa on kuudes makuuhuone. Siinä on kaksi kaksoset. Parvi ei ole ilmastoitu, mutta siinä on iso ulkotuuletin, joka vetää viileän järvi-ilman sisään.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruokia, hopeaesineitä, kattiloita, pannuja ja keittiövälineitä. Keittiössä on uuni, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi. Keittiön pöydässä mahtuu 12! Autotallissa on ylimääräinen jääkaappi. Talossa on puhdasta, puhdasta kaivovettä, joka on täynnä mineraaleja ja erittäin hyvä sinulle. Talossa asennetun ja käyttöönotetun veden nykyaikainen koko talon hiilenpuhdistus- ja suodatusjärjestelmä 22. lokakuuta 2017 vuokrauksen jälkeen.

Pesukone, kuivausrumpu ja täysikokoinen pakastin pesutupaan keittiöstä.

Talossa tarjottu roskien poistopalvelu 1. helmikuuta 2019 alkaen. Sinun ei tarvitse pakata ja viedä roskakoria, kuten seuraavassa tarkastellaan.

Kaasugrilli, ulkopöytä ja tuolit saatavilla ulkosalla illallista varten.

40th birthday weekend getaway

We had a great time in Beaver Lake, Arkansas. The house was spacious with great views. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking which was appreciated. The only two downsides which were kind of biggies was that one of the bedrooms did not have AC. It was in a loft over the garage and we were not aware of that till arrival. There are gorgeous views from the house but no upper deck to enjoy them from the outside which would have been nice. But we did enjoy our stay and overall I would recommend!

Beautiful View

I highly recommend renting this cabin! While it’s a little outdated, I absolutely loved the coziness it offered. The atmosphere is perfect for unplugging from all electronics and simply enjoying life with your family. The view is amazing; we even watched a storm rolling in over the water, and it was absolutely stunning. This experience truly allowed us to reconnect with each other and nature, making it a getaway we'll always cherish.

Clean house. Kitchen is equipped well with the exception of the coffee maker which took 45 minutes to brew one pot and required us to purchase one for our stay.

Beautiful views

The house had amazing views of the lake and held our large group comfortably. Communication with Nancy was easy and prompt. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and baking items. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room areas for everyone to spread out. The only drawback, that had nothing to do with Nancy, was the road leading to the house was rough and full of potholes. Hopefully it can be fixed soon! We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Vacation with family

The lake view was great. The home was comfortable for our family of eleven. We thought the property needed to be cleaned out of clutter in garage and kitchen drawers. We were disappointed that the house listed with a gas grill but there was only a grill but no propane tank. There is not enough towels and wash cloths in the house to accommodate our group. We had to do laundry every day. We did not find the remote to the sleep number bed until our last night. It was tucked up under the bed and not visible. Therefore, the bed was super firm all week. Hopefully these suggestions will help improve the stay of future guests.

Two suggestions

Enjoy our stay there! I would rent again if I had a occasion in there area. Two things: the one room with two of the beds did not have heat and air, and was asked on paper in the house once we got there to keep to door shut so room could not get heat or air. We used the room, but first night it was a little warm, front moved in 2nd night and it was cooler so room was better to stay in. I was there mid April, if it was summer time, that room would not have been usable. That would have been an issues, but for me it wasn’t, as weather allowed.This was not told upfront, this should be on site. The kitchen trash can was nasty!This was not because of my family, it was that way when we got there’s.I left the can without a trash bag hoping the cleaning company would see it and clean for next person

Breath taking with lake views. Absolutely amazing comfy home.

My family and I wanted to do the Crescent hotel ghost tour and also go to downtown Eureka Springs. There were 12 of us. This house was so amazing. Absolutely beautiful and breath taking. The pictures on vrbo just don't do it justice. The house is so comfy like if you are at your own home. My parents did not want to leave. Lol. All the rooms had a lot of space. Tons of extra blankets and pillows. We loved how big the kitchen is and it had a table that we all could sit at to eat together. The weather was perfect fall weather. The lake views were so awesome. Communicating with the owner was so easy and quick. Like I would hit send on my phone and before I could sit my phone down she was already responding. Which was awesome. I have absolutely no complaints about this home. I cannot wait to come back and rent this property again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home. We will definitely be renting again!

Amazing lake view

Plenty of room to spread out for a large group. Nice kitchen and large table for big groups. Too bad there was only a single bench in which to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful views. Be certain to bring your paper goods because they mean it when they say they do not provide!

Close to Eureka Springs with stunning views!

Amazing property! House is a little off the beaten path in a very quiet neighborhood. The views of the lake are absolutely beautiful. The house is stocked with everything you need and the check in/check out process was one of the easiest we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location!!!

Gorgeous view

The property had huge dining and living room windows so we had beautiful views the whole stay. The place was spacious, 6 bedrooms with 4 king bedrooms and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. Perfect for our group of 8 women. We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace which allowed an evening outside bug free. Nice place!
