Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Our stay at this property was disappointing and did not reflect what was advertised. The photos online appeared welcoming, but the reality showed extensive wear and neglect. Check-in was unprofessional — the attendant didn’t greet or assist us, only pointed toward a rack of envelopes and said, “It’s over there.” We were left to find our keys and figure out everything ourselves.
Inside, the furnishings and fixtures were worn, chipped, and poorly maintained. The “resource guide” was a sparse notebook with minimal information, offering no real help with the property or local area. Cleanliness was below expectations, and several items showed long-term neglect.
Most concerning was the complete lack of window coverings on the entire second floor, including the main bedroom. The windows directly faced the neighboring house, providing zero privacy day or night. We felt constantly exposed and uncomfortable, which made it hard to relax or rest properly.
Overall, the listing photos and description were misleading, omitting the property’s deterioration and lack of basic privacy. For the price paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained space. Instead, we left disappointed and frustrated, and would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made.
