Nice hotel staff

Comfortable stay. Only complaint is bathroom is small and sink is on outside of bathroom. I know alot of hotels do this but it is gross because that means guest are touching door knobs before getting to sink to wash hands. On positive note, hotel staff was very friendly and nice, room/hotel was clean, and fast check in.

As I have said repeatedly the open area couch needs to be cleaned especially when seeing others with their feet on the furniture. Furniture in the room needs to be cleaned the sofa appeared to have a white stain very visible. Just go through and clean the dang on furniture at the front desk and get the spots off the couches in the rooms.

My room was very dirty when I went in the toilet was dirty and the towels didn’t look clean the sheets had blood on them and our room window was broken and taped together. When I told the manager he said he can’t get anyone to clean right now or I can go and get a refund.

Not a good stay

The bathroom was not clean there was dirt build up in the cracks. There was dust all over and the beds were very hard. I also have never been charged a $50.00 fee that had to be charged to my card after I had already paid for the room and it didn’t go back on my card right away.
