A recently refurbished, entire home on the 1st floor with a separate entrance and private balcony and garden with lockable bike storage accessed from the rear.

The living room has a comfy L shaped sofa, a large armchair and 55" smart TV. The sofa turns into a double sized bed to sleep 2 extra people. There are black out curtains and blinds.

There is a designated office working space, along with super fast, free Wifi.

The kitchen and dining area comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided.

The modern bathroom has a full sized bath, with a luxurious waterfall shower over. There is a separate toilet. Complimentary mini toiletries provided.

There are two bedrooms. The large master has a super king sized bed, which can be split into two singles, with ample clothes storage. The 2nd has a single bed, with pull out trundle bed underneath. Both bedrooms have black out curtains and blinds. All bed linen and towels provided.
