Aiya's Cabin has everything you need for a short or long stay in beautiful surroundings. It is a brand new wood cabin built at the end of our garden.
Fully insulated and with gas central heating, it is cosy whatever the weather. Guests can use the washing machine in the house by arrangement.
Pleasant, level walking to the city centre along the River Exe wilderness trail. Walking distance to the RD&E. Good transport links/short driving time to Exeter Uni, Met Office and Middlemoor HQ

The space
The cabin is a comfortable studio space with a sleeping area, living and kitchen area with modern shower and en-suite, state of the art, Scandanavian waterless toilet system, user friendly and easily serviced. The kitchen has a microwave and single burner gas hob, fridge and full sink, well equipped for food preparation and cooking.
Memory foam mattress, luxurious feather duvets and pillows.
Situated at the bottom of our 100' garden, you will have the whole cabin to yourself and can come and go through the back garden door which gives direct access on to the valley park.
There is an oak Futon Company sofa which can become a comfortable sofa bed for an extra person or child. Very young children are welcome, but you will need to bring your own travelling cot.

Guest access
The whole of the cabin is yours for the duration of your stay and is completely private.

Other things to note
Free on street parking from 5pm Friday until 10am Monday and weekdays from 5pm until 10am. Outside of these hours paid parking is available approximately 300 metres north of the property, charged at £5.50 per day.
