Unfortunately there were some loud, smoking and unruly guests each evening due to a couple of teenager events (high school prom after party, and some sporting event). The housekeeping staff failed to take care of our room, although we were there for 3 nights. Had to go to desk to get our own clean towels and make up bed each day. Needed a handicap accessible room, which we got, but the toilet was not stable on the floor. After speaking to the manager, she was very apologetic and tried to make things right, like hand delivering towels and offering a comp meal. The hotel needed security at night to deal with unruly guests. The hotel was conveniently located between our two designations for the weekend, so that was a plus.

Staff was friendly, but room was sub-par. Multiple stains on carpet and the couch in the room looked a bit dirty also. Bathroom was clean, but shower door didn't close well. We didn't bother to mention this to hotel staff because we weren't staying in the room besides to sleep. I wouldn't stay here again.

Needs updating the wall paper is coming off in the room and they tried to keep it on with staples. Ice machines broken, fire pit out back doesn’t work nor does your room card work to get back inside. The air conditioner in room was very noisy. It was quiet on our floor. Not very good for a Marriott.

You owe me money !

When I checked in I was asked to leave a $40 deposit for incidentals. I was told my card didn’t go through. So I had to put my card through again. I didn’t think anything of it. Saturday I checked my account I had 2 charges one for $40 the other for $290. I brought it to the front desk’s attention and they told me there was nothing they could do because there is NO manager on duty on the weekend. The room had mold all on the door frame.
