Welcome to this bright and well kept cottage on the south eastern tip of Tjörn, featuring a lovely terrace and only 500 metres from the sea and a natural bathing area. Here you stay in a cosy and thoughtfully designed home with 4 plus 1 beds, perfect for a couple or a small family looking for peace, closeness to nature and refreshing salty swims. Built in 2013, the cottage offers 45 sqm plus a charming sleeping loft. From the entrance at the back you step directly into the open plan kitchen and living area in a light and fresh style. There is a small sofa bed for one person, TV screen (Please note: no TV channels are available. Use your own device for streaming.) and a wood burning stove for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats five. The bedroom has a 180 cm double bed with full mattress topper. The loft has two 90 cm beds and is accessed by ladder, therefore not suitable for small children. The tiled bathroom includes WC, shower, washbasin and washing machine. From the living room you step out onto the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. A small lawn in front of the house invites to games and relaxation. Parking for two cars. Pets possible upon request.



The cottage is located on a peninsula almost completely surrounded by the sea. Within 500 metres you reach a natural bathing area with cliffs, small beaches and jetties suitable for both children and adults. Spend your days crab fishing from the jetty, swimming among sun warmed rocks or simply enjoying the open sea views and peaceful surroundings. Tjörn offers plenty to explore. In Skärhamn you will find restaurants, shops and the Nordic Watercolour Museum. In Rönnäng you can enjoy authentic archipelago atmosphere and good food. Pilane Sculpture Park combines hiking with impressive outdoor art. Sundsby Manor offers scenic walking trails, café and farm shop. Golf enthusiasts can visit Tjörns Golf Club with its popular restaurant.



Good to know about the accommodation:

• A deposit of 1500 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house has been left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be brought by guests or rented at 150 SEK/person for bed linen and 50 SEK/person for towels. Payment is made on site by cash or Swish.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests are responsible for cleaning before departure. Cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
