The staff was beyond excellent. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable beds ( i have a very bad back). The breakfasts each morning were refreshing and tasty, and if ypu choose to dine in for supper, a short walk to the restaurant entrance and a new experience for your tasebuds starts... There are many nearby attractions to visit, and the staff have great recommendations. I definitely will be back here on my next trip to Fairbanks.

Nice place. We stayed in cabin and enjoyed it. Cleaning service was spotty. Rest of staff was very accomodating and friendly. Close to airport with all the plusses and minuses that brings. Resturant was closed due to fire so nothing to report.

Welcoming staff that let you in on the local Hotspots. Michelle with management was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of parking with so much to do like shopping on the property. Warm and inviting decor that invites you to step back in time and appreciate all the historic value they have to offer. Reindeers on the property! Sasquatch too. Movies, pool table, bocce ball, fire pits, and the World. Don't forget ice cream every night for such a wonderful experience.

Staying here was so much fun! Beautiful clean rooms with comfortable beds and Aveda products in the bathroom. Restaurant service was amazing -the staff were friendly and the food was fresh and yummy. Loved walking around to see the caribou, aurora discovery center, and more. Marshmallows at the fire pit were a great end to the evening.

The only issue I see was the staff, on two different occasions in the dining room. They were rude to the customers. The bartender was loud and made rude comments about a customer with the bar full. I understand that you are supposed to make your customers happy but not at another one's expense.

It was another great stay. I have been to Pike's Lodge more than 10 times and always enjoy the stay. The room and bed were very comfortable and the staff are quite helpful and friendly. I'll be back next month!
