Good Value for Money But....
This property is in transition from being a Hampton Inn to something else. When I stayed, it was hard to find because the Hampton signs were still up even though the alleged name is the Wright Patterson Inn. You can't confirm until you come to the front desk. There is a simple makeshift sign there. Use the address, not the hotel name for navigation.
Overall, this place was a good value for money, comfortable and clean with lots of towels and plenty of bach amenities. Breakfast was just okay with the basics, including waffles. The scrambled eggs were almost inedible, however.
We stayed 2 nights. The pool was closed so we could not go swimming. We did not have enough towels. Our toilet was NASTY! The breakfast area was good but the juices were watered down.

I did not like that the shower handle was missing it made adjustment difficult. The front desk just apologized but did nothing to fix the problem. There were cobwebs in the window corners. They advertised a pool and thats why we went with this one and there was a sign on the door stating it was out of service same sign on the ice maker.
The property was fine. Will not go through Expedia again.

We had a significant issue with the tub not draining after we showered in the morning on our first full day. We reported it to someone from the front desk, but when we returned from our event, the tub was still full of water and remained so overnight.
We were also not aware or made aware that if we wanted fresh towels on our 2nd morning, we had to request them in advance.
Other than that, the staff were very friendly, very pleasant, and extremely helpful. We do plan on returning next year... if the tub issue has been addressed by then
Normally I can along with few set backs, but this terrible.
To start with the AC didn't work. The person that came into the room to fix it realized that it had came unplugged. He plug it in and thought all was find, except no cold was coming out. He asked me to give it few minutes for the cold to come. I agreed. About ten minutes later, still no cool air. Keep in mind the room temperature was in the 80s. I called back to the desk to tell them it still wasn't working. The same person came back after 30 some minutes. He was in agreement that the unit wasn't working. So then I asked if I could be transfered to another room. He responded with "all the room booked". As he was leaving the room i asked do have any fans. They did get me couple of fans.
The following morning ask if I could be trans fer to another room and comp for the previous night. The receptionist was very friendly and would talk to the manager. That night when I got back I did have a different room, but the receptionist said no comp for the previous night because it was booked through Expedia. So, if that is true, I guess I will never use Expedia again.
Please let me who should be responsible for any monetary adjustments. There several other challenges but I think you have the tone of my stay.

My biggest problem was the mattress. I tried sleeping on both beds and they both seemed to have "dips" across the center side to side. I understand that they are in the middle of new flag company.
I have stayed here before so it’s not bad, they do now have waffles for breakfast just beware of the milk, at times it can be spoiled. The staff are nice but could also use some coaching on how to deal with certain situations, ie using the switchboard to connect calls to your room the older gentleman at nights George or Greg definitely needs coaching and retraining on how to talk to people. The pool still doesn’t work nor does the ice machine. Again not bad but came use some improvements.
The pool was out of order the room was dirty the toulets was nasty with mold the wayer ptessire non existant no staff only useless front desk vlerk elevator dirty and stunk we checked out early even though it was non refundable didnt trust breakfast.
