Welcome to Belle Vue Retreat owned by Water and Wood Properties, nestled on County Rd 1 in Fairhope, AL. This property boasts 106ft directly on Mobile Bay with spacious pier and boat lift!

Belle Vue Retreat is perfect for family and friends looking for a bay-cation for a long weekend or a week + long getaway! There's plenty of room for spacious living outside AND inside with a family room area and a beautiful all- window sun room looking over the bay.

The kitchen has white quartz counters with a large working island space. Lots of room for more than one chef in this kitchen! The bar area has seating for four while the dining table also has seating for four. We include a Keurig Combo coffee station with Kcups, coffee grounds, creamers and sugars. The kitchen also has chefs knives, blender, toaster, microwave and plenty of baking and cooking supplies for the families that enjoy cooking together.

All bedrooms include hotel quality beds, mattresses and luxury linens. The Primary bedroom with a King size bed, luxury linens and private bath with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds with a jack and Jill bathroom and another full bath with shower. All bathrooms have luxury towels and hotel soaps and shampoo/conditioner.
The extra bed is a queen sleeper/sofa in the den area with linens provided.

Belle Vue Retreat's shining spot is the beautiful Sun Room right off the Primary bedroom. This panoramic, unobstructed view of the bay is absolutely breathtaking! Claiming your spot on the swinging chair to watch the sea gulls and pelicans will be your main objective if you have to share with family! If you're looking for an IG post, this is where you'll find it!

Technical Amenities: This cottage has a designated work station, hi speed WiFi, Alexa bluetooth speaker, Smart Tv's with streaming AND local channels

Outside Amenities:
As you walk down the back steps of the cottage, you will find a fully equipped gas grill with propane provided. Outside lounge chairs are provided to enjoy the scenery. For your outside entertainment, we provide a Corn Hole game stored in the storage area.

If you enjoy fishing and crabbing, you are welcome to bring your fishing tackle and try your casting skills at some of the best fishing in Mobile Bay! Crab traps provided!
If fishing isn't your thing, then wooden Adirondacks chairs are provided so you can soak up the sights and sounds of the Eastern Shore.

If you would like to bring a small boat or jet ski, a public lunch is about a mile north of the home at Mullet Point. The boat house is equipped with chairs, a sink, boat lift, and life jackets. There's also a swim ladder provided.

Loved this home!

We absolutely loved this home. From the accuracy of the posting to the beautiful views of the Bay, we had a marvelous time. The boys loved fishing from the pier and the sunsets were incredible. Tina was a great host. We will come back next year.

Delightfully located on the water but close to Fairhope. The property is beautiful with a porch, sun room and pier. Brightly decorated and so comfortable. We loved our stay. Our host had welcoming touches and gave special attention to our stay being over the Thanksgiving holiday. A great vrbo experience.

Beautiful accommodations and location on Mobile Bay! Fairhope,AL is a great place for shopping, food and not far from the beach. Love the home on the bay, beautifully decorated and a great place to relax. Highly recommend.

Great stay at Belle Vue Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Fairhope during the July 4th holiday week. The reservation and check-in process was easy and the Belle Vue Retreat cottage was exactly as advertised and the owners were very helpful before and during our stay. The property was perfect for our group of 7 people and we made good use of the wharf and had a great time catching crabs using the crab traps that were available for use. We also loved the beautiful sunsets over Mobile Bay. Overall, an excellent visit.

This is a very clean and recently updated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Has a brand new covered dock with lights. It also has good air conditioning and a tankless water heater so we never ran out of hot water. We were in Alabama for a softball tournament and this home is 19 minutes from the Foley sports complex. We will definitely stay here again.

Best trip we have taken as a family!

We take 6-8 trips a year all over the country. If you are looking to do absolutely nothing and unwind and get away from everything this is the best spot!!! Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful beyond compare!! We actually booked another stay at this property while we were still there on the dock finishing!! We did a 2 week trip and the morning we had to get up and leave to go to our next stop in Navarre beach Florida we were so sad! Who is sad to go to a Florida beach?!? That's how zen this little house is!!

It was awesome!!

It was our family trip for summer vacation. When we first entered the house, we were all in awe. The ocean from the house was really spectacular. The house was so clean, and all the conditions in the house were perfect for us to enjoy a family trip. Tina replied really quickly and was always kind. Once again, it was a very grateful trip. Wonderful Getaway

Tina’s home on the bay was ideal for our family getaway with grandparents and 2 teenage boys. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are several details that we really enjoyed such as the large master suite overlooking the bay, the comfortable sun room surrounded by windows which was perfect for family time, and the covered dock where we fished and caught crabs. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient for cooking meals. Tina was excellent with communication and we look forward to returning soon!

Our stay was amazing. This home was everything that was advertised.

From the beginning to the end, Tina was readily available and attentive to our needs. She left a personal letter to welcome us into her home. That really made me feel special; the fresh flowers were a special touch. Even though it rained while we were there, we were able to capture the most amazing sunset. I would recommend this home.

Incredible place on the bay. The sunroom had an incredible view of the dock and bay!

This place was great! Tina had a handwritten note and gift when we arrived. Place was one of our favorite VRBOs, very clean, three bedrooms each with a bathroom/shower which was great for our family. Tons of space and so many places to hang out (kitchen, living room, sunroom, covered porch, dock…) Highly recommend and would stay there again! Thanks Tina!
