Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed, dresser, closet, blackout curtains, and walkout access to the deck/hot tub



Bedroom #2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, closet and blackout curtains



Bedroom #3 (Upstairs): Double bed, twin bed, portable AC unit, ceiling fan, closet and blackout curtains

Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.



Bathroom #1 (Main Floor): Full bathroom with a stand-alone shower



Bathroom #2 (Upstairs): Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo





GOURMET KITCHEN

The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.





CONSUMABLES

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.



PARKING

You will have access to the driveway with space for up to three (3) vehicles.



CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.



We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Fairmont Hot Springs (10 km): In just under 10 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont`s famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.



The Whiteway (32 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.



Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 7-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.



Fairmont Ski Resort (13 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.



Panorama Mountain Resort (53 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell Mountains.
