Good stay for young families.

The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The pool area was a lot of fun for the kids, the grounds were well maintained, but other than that...it was alright. The superior room was big and relatively clean. There were broken door handles, wobbly dining chairs due to missing bolts, and a balcony that was uninviting, even with mountain views. I wish there were more food choices but overall a pleasant experience, especially because the kids loved the pool and slide.

The service especially the attitude of the staffs is super good. When we asked for the hot springs info, everyone there was patient . Not only did they introduce the way to the free natural hot spring by walking the trail, but also gave us smile every time we saw them. The favorite part of this trip was playing at the water slides and all of their aquatic facilities. We spent a fun time there. It is very friendly for a family trip, since the kitchen is convient to do some cooking if you bring the food materials with you. It is so impressive about their services and aquatic facilities.

The property is very outdated. The way they are setup means you have to choose between having sun or having no privacy, as the windows open up to the outdoor hallway. No soundproofing. Our kiddo loved the waterpark, but things were falling apart everywhere, there were paint chips in the drains. Half the toys didn't work. Bed was low quality, toilet feels like it was the cheapest option. Warning signs everywhere that felt non-welcoming like "$50 fee if you don't wash dishes", "the jets on your tub don't work", etc. Printed materials from a printer VS well thought out or bothered to hire a designer. Feels like owners are making the money cause they can, and people will still book but there is no love or care put into this place. No standards, no taste. A fun quick getaway for families, but prepare to cringe at the state of this place. Sooooo overpriced for what it is.

My kids loved the pool area! It’s a very scenic location. The rooms are good because they have kitchenettes and a separate bedroom as well as a pull out couch, making it great for families. The rooms were a bit older looking, but overall we are happy with our stay and would come back again.

This place is run down, beds are not comfortable, furniture in the place is very old and ragged, couch sticks like piss, wind howling through the apartment, my dog didn’t even like the place 😂 & not to mention the hidden resort fees even if you didn’t use the amenities. Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

This place is very old. There were dead flies on the bed. The pillows were so fat and firm you couldn’t even lay flat. The pool towels were hard to come by and were so small it’s like wrapping yourself in a tea towel. The pool noodles and flutter boards had BLACK MOLD on them. I was grossed out staying here and would consider it a two star property. Very upset at the cost for such an old and gross facility. Don’t waste your money. I would have preferred a motel.

Awesome place to stay with you're family! The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious but could use a little more attention to the cleaning. We will definitely be back again!
