Take in amazing views from nearby hiking trails. This getaway is situated 15 miles from downtown South Park in Fairplay, known as the trout fishing capital of Colorado, with more than 50 miles of Gold Medal trout streams. If you’re visiting in the winter, the ski slopes of Breckenridge are about 20-30 miles north, depending on the snow.

At home, spend time relaxing in front of the cozy woodstove while the family chef whips up mealtime masterpieces in the open, full kitchen. There’s plenty of room to dine together at the window-front table, with that same peaceful tree-lined view just outside. After a day of adventures, stay cozy with the upper and lower in-floor radiant heating. Unwind with a little TV or scroll social media with the free WiFi while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. End the night back outside on your screened deck or with one last soak in the hot tub and a toast to your good luck at booking such an idyllic mountain escape.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
