Garden Cottage near Asheville and Blue Ridge Parkway

Luxury cottage in private yard/garden with a quiet, country setting. Our pasture and Garden separate you from the nearest neighbor. Perfect for a couple. The cottage is a good distance beside and behind the main house. (Update. Alex our cleaner is doing an excellent job sanitizing all surfaces between guests)
The main house and the cottage sit on 4.5 landscaped acres and pasture. Think flowers, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, honey bees, and watching deer grazing from the deck in the mornings with views of distant mountains in the background. And the horses are back in the pasture!.

Private and completely furnished one bedroom cottage. Living room, , kitchen, washer/dryer, gas log heat and A/C, bamboo floors and beautiful tiled bathroom. King bed, and fast wifi(200 download, 10 upload).

Convenient location in quiet, well-established, rural neighborhood . 10 minutes to Parkway, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, easy access to all shopping , entertainment, hiking trails and the Biltmore House. Uber available.

The Cottage was built in 2012 and we keep it in top condition. The neighborhood is very quiet with quiet lanes for a stroll, horse pastures and a great view of the mountains.

During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Hickory Nut Gap Farm. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms are available in the cottage.

I would hesitate recommending this rental to dog owners. The horse stable is actually underneath the rental unit. Our dogs barked out the back window at the horses and there isn't a curtain to block their view. So this was an issue. The other issue is the bed is upstairs and there's a spiral staircase. If you have a small dog, not a problem. But for a bigger dog, this can be scary.Other than those couple of things, the unit was great. Had a good supply of extras, including books, puzzles, Scrabble shampoo, conditioner, a cooler with ice pack camp chairs, lots of extra things that would make your stay great.

We spent 4 nights at the cottage last weekend and absolutely loved it. The minimalist atmosphere was perfect for our relaxing retreat. We were able to visit many sites around Asheville enjoying the scenic drives from the cabin and come back to the peace and quiet of the horse pasture. Stepping out onto the back deck with the mountains in the distance, the horses below us and the sounds of turkeys gobbling in the distance was nothing short of rejuvenating. The landscaping of the grounds is beautiful and only made us wish we were visiting in late May to early June to see all of the blooms.We would definitely recommend this cottage for a couple looking for a relaxing weekend. The only item of concern is the spiral staircase which may be difficult for older visitors to climb up and down while carrying a suitcase.

We had a fantastic stay. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had several sources of heat which all worked very quickly when we got back in for the evening. The hosts left several little helpful notes around. We woke up both mornings of our stay to the sight of a few few curious horses from the back porch view. It was very quiet, the perfect site for a romantic weekend.

Quaint and Cozy

Loved staying at this cute cottage in a beautiful and relaxing setting. Very peaceful.We enjoyed the garden, surrounding land and seeing the horses in the morning. The bed was comfy and all listed amenities were present. Frazier was proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely would return!

The location was great for Biltmore. It was private and one with nature. Enjoyed watching the birds and horses. Bed was comfortable. Had you tube tv. Couch and chair were comfortable. Full kitchen w island seating and dining room table. Games. Washer and dryer. Mountain air in the morning. Quiet peaceful setting. Loved it and will be back when in town again!

Wonderfully dreamlike

Our stay was wonderful for so many reasons! The cottage was beautiful inside and out with lots of adorable critters to see. All of the trees made everything feel secluded even though mutliple towns/cities are within a 20/30 minute drive. We were also able to do lots of hiking nearby and hit up some great thrift/antique shops. Our dog also enjoyed his stay with lots of new sniffs especially once he conquered the spiral stairs. Overall, the only thing i hated about this stay was having to leave. It was truly wonderful!

NC Mountain Garden Cottage

Tucked away in western NC is a charming garden cottage. It is unpretentious but abounds with peaceful comforts….pristine cleanliness, views of pasture filled with horses flicking tails among grass and wildflowers, and most importantly, quiet!! No highway noise. No mowers. Not even a barking dog! Simply, a joy of a place.

This little cottage was a perfect getaway for our honeymoon. The view was breath taking waking up to horses in the yard and the sunrise. A very quiet neighborhood and was only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville and still close enough to food and other activities, highly recommend.

Cute & Quiet Getaway

My husband and I decided to take a last minute weekend trip to the mountains to celebrate our recent marriage and came across Frazier's property. The pictures looked so cute and relaxing so we booked and it was everything we expected and more. Check in and out were extremely simple, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous and it was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed having coffee on the back porch with the two horses each morning. The views of the stable and gardens were beautiful. We were close to downtown Asheville and The Biltmore Estate, which were the two places on our itinerary. We will definitely be booking for a return trip in the future!

Perfect, quiet retreat

The cottage was lovely -- exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend to rest and relax. We spent most of the time in front of the fireplace watching the horses and just enjoying the peacefulness of the property. Daymoon Coffee up the road has a drive thru and excellent food. There two breweries within 10 minutes, and both had foodtrucks. Easy 20-minute drive to Asheville. Highly recommend Frazier's cottage for fresh air and R&R!
