With an unsurpassed location, this impeccably maintained home is the ideal Falmouth getaway!

Located directly on Falmouth Harbor, relax on the back lawn, watch the boats meander by and smell the salty sea air. Privacy abounds with the home set back off the road, yet on the Falmouth Road Race route, walking distance to Falmouth Heights beach, numerous restaurants, and the Island Queen Ferry for a Vineyard jaunt.

The home has an open concept first floor to maximize the harbor view. It is in the process of having a brand new kitchen and first-floor full bath installed to be completed by June 1.

All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed; 2nd bedroom has a double, the third has 2 twins; the 4th bedroom is accessed thru the 2nd bedroom and has 3 twins. Linens provided.

There is central A/C on the first floor, Upstairs has window units in each bedroom.
