We stayed one night to catch the morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Check-in was easy and the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfy king bed and everything we needed. The bathroom could use some spiffing up. Location was great, an easy walk to restaurants on the water and shopping/dining in downtown Falmouth. The cost was reasonable. We'd come back to the Town & Beach when traveling to MV.

Cute motel within walking distance to just about anywhere in Falmouth, office staff was friendly and offered up suggestions of nearby eateries and attractions. Room was nice if pretty much no frills. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if in area again.

I'd read the other reviews and was exlecting a great place. Got to the room and it was cold. I asked the receptionist about how to turn the geat on and she said the heater was preprogrammed to come on if it got cold. At what remperature was that, I asked. When it's below 68 degrees was her reply. She gave me a blanket instead. I was thankful for that. Many fixtures in the bathroom are rusty. No coffee in the room: it's only in the reception area. This place needs help. Im sorry i followed all the other glowing reviews. I suggest you don't.

Great location! The room was clean and the front desk and workers were very nice! Felt safe as a solo traveler. The bathroom door couldn’t actually close or lock. But other than that perfect stay, walkable to stores and dining, would stay again!
