Christmas holidays

Overall impressions of property was fantastic, great, comfortable, clean, spacious. Pool & spa - kids loved this! Co-host Cee Cee - kept regular check-in with us. Challenges- broken/cracked kettle not replaced during our stay - had to boil water on stove/ cooker. Had power cut which caused damage to water heater - no hot water for a week but maintenance man came and sorted very quickly! Driver - time management was an issue - he made arrangement to go shopping but failed to appear. Suggestions - maybe provide a ‘welcome pack’ containing light provisions e.g water, tea, coffee, juice (travelled from UK to JA - a very long journey)!; also provide a list of local places to go/things to do. Overall a fantastic holiday - we all enjoyed! Would recommend property and definitely stay again. Thank you!

Owner was aware Breaker box had to be replaced we had no power and A/C in front house for 4 days, no hot water because water heater was out also, master shower knob broke couldn’t adjust water temperature, grout had rust mildew, couldn’t get out of the gate, dishwasher broken came completely out when opened, had to buy a lighter to light the stove for every use, microwave buttons couldn’t see to use, towels put lint all over your body,we spent more time trying to fix things couldn’t enjoy our vacation.

Lucey was amazing, just a phone call away. Place was beautiful and clean. I will truky stay again. Safe neighbors hood. There was a washer machine a dryer which was a plus.

THE BEST

EVERYTHING about this place was perfect. The host made us feel welcomed from the time we landed, she helped find a private chef Navino food was amazing and even provided us with a personal drivers AL and Mar made sure we got to all destinations safe and also show us a great time. The property was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable beds, and HOT water. The outside pool area was amazing Especially at night. I highly recommend staying here whenever you visit Jamaica
