This property is in an area of about 3 to 4 other hotels. Clean lot, easy access, well lit and lots of parking available. A great grocery store across the street as well as good restaurants around. We arrived on a Thursday for business on Friday and Saturday. I arrived around 1 pm and went straight to the room to see if there was early check in available. There was not and the front desk asked to come back in about 2 hours. I had to go to the Dome and set up so I was back about 5 hours later. I didn't notice/realize that the 2 story hotel had no elevator. My fault. All ground floor rooms were now booked and I was given a second floor room. This was very inconvenient to carry all our demo items as well as personal items up two flights of stairs. The pool - hot tub area looked clean and well maintained. However, we did not use it. The breakfast area was clean and well supplied. Very limited items. Hot food was waffles. There was bagels and bread available. No muffins or pastries. They did have yogurt, hard boiled eggs and cereal choices. This is not a fancy hotel but the price reflects it. I would consider staying here again but with the request of a ground floor room.

The hotel is great for the price point. It was great for my one night stay. The only complaint, and it’s not much of a complaint, is that there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel overall was good. Outdated and needs some work but overall good. The lock on our door did not work and the blow dryer almost caught fire. There were also 3 of us in the room and only 2 towels. If you know more than 2 are staying in the room maybe offer more

the room was clean, but noticed in the morning that there were stains on the wall.maybe from food. there wasnt any coffee machine,curtains had holes and because we were on the ground floor tried to close the thicker curtains but couldnt so i wasmt comfortable knowing someone could actually see us thru the sheer ones..

We will be staying here again.

We were very pleased with your hotel. It is very well kept & clean. Room was basic, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Pool/hot tub area was also clean and it was nice to sit in the hot tub! Breakfast was basic, but enough to get us going in the morning🙂. We will definitely be staying here again on a Fargo 'run'!
