the attendant on duty sat noc was most helpful as there is no rm info about cabs which we needed early sun morning breakfast was short term 6-9

When we arrived, the gentleman begind the counter was struggeling alot to get people checked in. In the 45 mins it took frome the time we walked in the door until we left the counter to go to our room 2 other guests came back to trade rooms as the person checked them into rooms that already had other people in the room. When we finally got to our room it was clean however thw fridge was very iced up when i went to put stiff in it. We then got ready to go relax in the hot tub, when we stepped in it was lukewarm at best, because this was one of the main things we wanted during our staywe asked for a refund to go somewhere else. They did agree to refund our room but said it would take 2 to 3 days before the money was refunded back to my account. We are still waiting for the refund.

Having two chairs in every room would be good. Also two waffle makers in the breakfast area would alleviate long waits. Bathroom door didn’t close properly, it rubbed against the frame & squeaked. Mattress was good but pillows were too hard. Room was clean.

I was given the wrong room key and walked in on someone. Then a new room was given and bathroom was dirty-used towels thrown around bathroom, dirty toilet and garbage behind garbage can. It was all disgusting. Management/help was very nice and apologetic. Promised to assist us and compensate but have not heard a word.

The heater was not working, and cold air from outside came through the heating unit. We slept in a very cold room, and it was 42 degrees outside on 5/17/2025 and 5/18/2025 in Fargo, North Dakota. The venting in the bathroom ceiling was uncovered, and the rusty black pieces of stuff were falling directly to where you sit on the toilet and the sink faucet also came off when you use it.

Beyond Livid Customer

Comforters on both beds stained alot when housekeeping asked about this was told i dont know...their old or stained...take blanket off..well if comforter is filthy why would i assume bedding was properly washed ....window was left slightly open and appears only security for said window was a water stained stick...and window ledge of said window hand multiple pointed curtain hooks laying there...if the room had been truely cleaned would they not be replaced or removed?....peeling wallpaper by window...surfaces were dusty and bathroom so small had to stradle toilet to shut door. Spent night sleeping in wobbly desk chair....never got to enjoy to room...left with little sleep and drove 6 hours home...what a waste

The room was perfect and close to everything! Just didn’t feel that safe with the Hotel/Motel across the street that you could totally see the type of people that go there.
