It was good. Clean rooms, good service. The only problem was the elevator not working. Especially if you’re on the third floor like we were.

The desk clerk was very nice, however, we checked in after 9:00 pm & she gave us the wrong room number & key. Imagine our surprise when we keyed open the door & the room was already occupied. Thank goodness they had the safety latch engaged or we would have thrown the door open wide & walked right in! I pulled the door closed, shocked. The man opened the door, I apologized & explained what happened 😳. Thank goodness he was very understanding & didn't take the hotel's mistake out on us. Then I went back to the front desk, got an "oops" response & a key to the room next door. The room was a little smaller then I expected, but it was clean. We couldn't get the shower temperature over lukewarm & it kept dropping to downright cold. The key card took several attempts to open the gate & door every time we used it. The lighting was pretty dim making it difficult to get ready for our formal event & have any confidence in our appearance. This would not be my 1st choice for accommodations.

I couldn't stay there as the only rooms they had were on the top floor with my no elevator. When I made the reservation I indicated I have problems walking and can not do stairs.

Terrible in almost every way

Broken elevator Toilet barely flushed Shower floor visibly had powdery black/gray dust that you could sweep with your finger --due to backup from another room, I was told -- so we decided to shower at home once we saw that Room stank of a strong chemical /cleaner smell that tried but failed to cover up the smell of smoke Finally, not the hotel's fault but our neighbors were loud. We asked them twice, directly, to please quiet down. Finally at 3:30 a m. we got hotel staff involved and they sent security up We got little sleep and no shower at this hotel.

If you can avoid staying at this place, do it! I’ve been using them for weeks for my employees that travel. Huge hassel getting them in their rooms. One of my employees was charged $220 for incidentals. Needs new management badly!
