Beautiful country house ideally located with swimming pool.
Want a quiet holiday with family or friends, we would love to rent you our beautiful villa, located in a quiet and green village, with beautiful views of the mountains, for up to 8 people.
The house is composed of a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with TV, a master bedroom with its bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms with beds of 90 and cot if needed and a large bathroom. A video room is also a plus and has a double bed.
Land of 1500 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, badminton court, golf practice (real golf 5 minutes from the house). The pool is secure. You can enjoy our vegetable garden with some seasonal vegetables.
Many walks or bike rides are possible.
The house is located in Faverges de la Tour small village close to all amenities (small grocery store, bakery with local products) and is located 10 minutes from the amusement park Walibi (which celebrates its 40 years), less than an hour from Lyon, Grenoble, Aix les Bains and Annecy and 30 minutes from Chambéry.
Lyon is a beautiful city renowned for its gastronomy and its small corks, Grenoble is also to discover for its frame surrounded by the massif of Belledone, the regional natural parks of Vercors and Chartreuse ...
You can also discover and swim in many nearby lakes such as Lake Aiguebelette, Paladru or even Le Bourget or Annecy.
