The Space:
Luxurious Beds and Spacious Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in our well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bathroom, large closet, and a 65" Smart TV. The guest bedrooms include a king bed and a queen bed with firm spring mattresses, ample closet space, and reading lamps. An additional air mattress is available for extra guests.
Modern Living Space: The main living area is spacious and filled with natural light. Relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the 70” Smart TV. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, linens, a coffee pot, toaster, and serving accessories.
Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to the large backyard with a fire pit, large deck and a propane gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The yard is spacious, offering plenty of room for kids to play or pets to roam.

- EXTRA GUESTS- This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation: Small/Medium size pets (under 40 pounds) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a $130 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit.
Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. A doorbell camera is installed at the entrance, focused solely on the entry area. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the camera or any other aspect of your stay, please feel free to reach out.
Guest Access:
Full House. Parking in the driveway and street. Our house has a garage, but guests do not have access to the garage.

- Pets- Small/Medium size pets are welcome (up to 40 pounds), but we require PRE-APPROVAL and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a $130 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.

- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
