This two-story traditional Newfoundland home has three bedrooms, and one bathroom, a kitchen, living room and loads of amenities. It is nestled about two minutes walk from the harbor, it’s in a quiet little nook. It has a beautiful outdoor environment with a fire pit, picnic tables barbecue, and a lovely deck for sitting outside. The Owners have intentionally modernize, but kept the tradition of the home so that visitors can see the design of a home from about 70 years ago.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Colony Of Avalon Foundation. Laundry facilities are available. The holiday home includes amenities such as a washing machine.
