Lovely hotel, the staff were all friendly and courteous, beautiful room with river view, balcony and very comfy sitting area. Great breakfast, the food in dry dock bar was also lovely. The pool was great too. A really peaceful stay, would highly recommend it. Even with vents on it wasn't too noisy.

I enjoyed my stay but was a little surprised at the carpet in my room. There were marks all over which makes you look further. The bed was very comfortable. Food and customer service was excellent. Best hotel breakfast in a very long time.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms with very comfortable beds. The leisure centre with a 20m pool, sauna and steam room was great. Plenty of onsite parking and good bar and restaurant onsite too

Well we were told on arrival that our room had been upgraded so obviously that would put anyone in a good mood. Room was absolutely beautiful with a decking area and table and chairs overlooking the water and playground. Hotel is easily accessible with plenty of parking and e charging points. Service was great and staff friendly and polite. We will be back!
