For your peace of mind, access is very simple. Before check in, we ll send you all the necessary instructions, including the access codes for the apartment and the steps for a smooth arrival. When you arrive, you ll need to register at reception, where they will ask for your ID and show you where to take the golf cart that will take you directly to the tower. They will also point out the free parking area inside the complex. As part of the building s launch, the wristbands for the common areas are complimentary. Inside the loft, enjoy a cozy movie night with the Smart projector and popcorn machine with complimentary corn. For a pleasant stay: No smoking inside (COP 250,000 fee). HOUSE RULES STAY CONDITIONS By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay; if anything is not as expected, please let us know before check out. 1. Guests Access Only registered guests are allowed. Visitors are not permitted. Unauthorized access will result in penalties. 2. House Rules No smoking indoors (COP 250,000 fine). Do not throw trash from balconies (COP 250,000 fine). Zero tolerance for excessive noise, parties, over occupancy, or disturbances. Violations may result in fines of up to 3 times the reservation value and immediate termination without refund. 3. Responsibility The main guest must be over 18 and stay at the property. All guests must be registered. Reservations made with false identity will be canceled without refund. 4. Legal Compliance Guests must comply with Colombian tourism laws (Laws 679, 300, 1101, and 1336). 5. Cancellations Subject to the policy in place at booking. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, weather, or travel issues. Travel insurance is recommended. 6. Stay Termination The host may inspect the property. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund. 7. Rates Payments Rates may change. Errors in pricing or information may be corrected or reservations canceled. 8. Utilities No refunds for external service failures (water, electricity, Wi Fi), though we will assist as quickly as possible. 9. Security Deposit May be requested and will be refunded within 14 days, minus any damages. 10. Check in / Check out Check in: 3:00 PM | Check out: 11:00 AM Early/late times subject to availability.
