Carefree Cabin - Your Flagstaff Getaway

About this space
Enjoy all the seasons in the Flagstaff mountains at this beautiful Continental Country Club home. This home is centrally located close to all the activities and sites Northern Arizona has to offer. It’s a great get-away where you can often watch deer and elk families from the window.

All bedrooms are located upstairs.
AZ Snowbowl is 11 miles away.
The space
Guests can use the whole house except for the garage. Driveway parking is available. No street parking or parking on gravel next to driveway. Maximum 4 cars. Fireplaces have been disabled for safety reasons. Please don’t try to turn them on.

Guest access
You have access to the entire house but the garage is locked and off limits to guests. The bedroom with the king bed and the bedroom with the two full beds are "Jack and Jill" style and they are both connected to a bathroom. Access to one of the bedrooms is only through the first bedroom.

The door is equipped with a Smart Lock. You will be given the code no later than check-in time, 4pm. Guests will self check-in and out at their leisure.
Other things to note
Children and babies are welcome, but please note the house is NOT baby proofed. Please watch children closely, especially on the back deck as it is elevated.

May consider dogs on a case-by-case basis. The yard is not fenced in so it likely will not be appropriate for most dogs. Cats are not allowed.

There are exterior cameras on the house by the front door and on the back deck for security.

Long term stays (28 days or longer) may be allowed but a mid-stay cleaning is required at the guest’s expense or an extra cleaning fee of $215 (in addition to the normal cleaning fee) will apply.

**WINTER/SPRING** visitors please be aware that winter weather in Northern AZ can be unpredictable. Sometimes there is very little snow and other times we will have severe snow storms that result in road closures or unsafe driving conditions. Please check weather and road conditions before traveling to Flagstaff. I do not reimburse for weather related travel delays or cancellations but Airbnb offers very affordable travel insurance and I highly recommend purchasing that especially if you’re planning your trip in winter or spring seasons.
