No staff available to check us in !!! Had to call central reservations for them to try and find someone. There was one person who eventually showed up but could have cared less. Room was broken down , dirty and disgusting. Will never stay at BW again. Do NOT stay here.

1st room was nasty! Wine all over the floor and curtains broken furniture and dirty bedding. Got a 2nd room and it was not much better but cleaner. Still not clean and had a bad smell and it made us all sick. Do not stay here! Spend a little extra and go to a Hampton or Hilton down town!

The first room we were sent to 309 wreaked of cigarette smoke. The front desk did immediately put us in another room. The lamps and click were full of dust and the sheets had a hole, the furniture was very used. Front desk was great.

The staff are really really nice. They are hard working and seem to be happy to help all the time. I like the coffee being available 24 hours. I haven’t tried the breakfast as I left early every day. The room, the sheets were very clean. The towels were ok. Bathroom was not too clean when I first checked in. I would stay there however just because the staff seemed to be very friendly.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My issues were with cleanliness. We didnt want to use the soaker tub as there we saw bugs in it. The fireplace didn’t work and the tv didn’t have sound.
