Usually I have a great stay here but this time my car was hit in the parking lot. There were no cameras and nothing the hotel could do to help me.

Comfortable Stay for the Price

It was great, uneventful. The room was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The breakfast had many options and the dining room was clean. The only complaint is that the scrambled eggs at breakfast had a strange and unpleasant consistency. We guessed that maybe they were powdered eggs? Everything else tasted great - muffins, bagels, sausage, fruit, coffee, etc.

I am highly upset. After a stay I was charged $125 for "missing towels". Inside the room there is a note stating "please put used towels and trash in the hallway for house keeping to pick up. Which is what we did. Dirty wet towels with trash were placed out side the room. House keepkeeping or someone came by, picked up the towels and were not replaced, but left the trash. Apon leaving the other towels that were used were left in the hallway where we were told to put them.... before leaving Donna checked the room and told the girls the room was fine. Now I am being charged $125 for a couple of missing towels that we did not take. I will NEVER stay here again.

Maybe age related of the hotel but the bathroom was heavily stained and pipes squeezed during water flow. No baseboards around the interior structure but was told it wasn’t due to renovation. Winter weather conditions but front walk and parking lot heavy iced.
