Staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was vleaned to satisfaction. Wasnt aware that i needed to request frsh towels daily but the overall visit was good. The contential breakfadt was okay.

My room was not ready at check in. My reservation confirmation showed 3:00 check in and it wasn’t ready until after 4:00 so I had to wait an hour and then wait in a line of people to check in. Once in my room, temp was 74. Though I turned it down, the temp hadn’t changed even after several hours, so I couldn’t sleep. Tried cooling off in shower, no bath mat so floor was all wet. Later, A maintenance man came, who was very nice and tried to help but all they could do was provide one of those industrial floor drying fans to try and cool the room off for sleep. There were no other rooms available (they said).
