There was an odor in the lobby . We waited 10-15 min to arrive. The front door bell did not work. Bed had tiny pillow. Room smelled like smoke

When I went to check in the staff asked for my room number, I did not have one to even provide. The staff didn’t provide me with a key for my room until two hours after my checkin. One of the staff at check in had a child on her lap at the front desk and was not able to assist me. When I went to check out again staff was not helpful and didn’t even get up to acknowledge me standing at the counter One two separate occasions the staff at the counter called someone offsite to provide my assistance ie my assigned room and how to provide me with a receipt at check out The room was not clean and I wore shoes in the shower

I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn. I didn't think it was going to be a nice stay, initially. However, I contacted the office and another microwave was quickly in my room. The breakfast was delicious, albeit the dining area was a bit small for the customers eating. Overall a great experience from check in to check out. The pool was outdoors and enjoyable.

The sign on the building read new rooms. They were NOT new, and NOT clean dust from the first build was still there. The shower faucet was hang off, OMG!

Arrived a little ticked off cause i couldn't cancel but i got an upgrade yo a king suite on the ground floor! The door to the room needs attention. Bolts fine but just can't close door and go. It could be forced open with a good push or kick! Sink was clogged but i fixed it myself because the maintenance man called in sick. Internet is slow and sketchy. I used my hot spot and was fine. AC is wonderful and room was clean. Shower worked good. Other hotels around were absolute garbage by the way! Many restaurants were steps away! Lots of choices to! Huge fireworks place just down the road and get your gas at Speedway. I paid $2.62 a gallon! Asphalt race track near to with races on the weekends! 10 bucks gets you in! South of the boarder is 7 miles north off 95. Overall, we had a decent stay! Hope the pool gets back to blue instead of green! I wanted to swim but not like that condition.

The pool was not clean. The water was filmy and green. The shower had what looked like mold. The only positive about this hotel was the front desk clerk was nice. This hotel needs a lot of work. Unfortunately, Dillon SC has seen hard times.
