Stay Away!

Terrible facility --- also, I reserved the room on Hotels.com 4 months in advance and when I arrived they did not honor the reserved price. They charged $177.50 more than the reserved price on Hotels.com Reached out to Hotels.com and they were unable to assist. When I check into room --- there was a toilet tank cover leaned against a wall --- there was a used washcloth hanging in tub --- Garbage in the trash can --- Destroyed toilet paper dispenser. I am willing to put up with a lot --- this was more than a lot!!

The host at the registration desk was very nice. Was able to check in a little earlier than expected. Room was just cleaned so she mentioned to watch out for wet floors. The bathroom needs attention. The hand bar was broken off from the wall and the rusty metal parts are still there. The toilet seat was sliding around. I fixed the left side but didn't have tools to tighten the right side. The towels were great, very soft. Plenty of hot water and decent pressure. There were some sketchy guests next to my room that were fighting for hours. At one point it went outside and just on the other side of my door. It calmed down around 1AM. I had to get up at 6AM. If someone addressed the screaming and whatever they were doing, I would have rated it higher.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 15 years. The cleanliness and amenities seem to be lacking nowadays. The staff is nice. The price is fair for what you get. I’ll look for something better next time I’m in town.

the room was gross, there were stains and holes in the bedspread. rust and dirt on every surface- all thelamps, tables, bathroom. old used pair of socks in dresser. something sticky on floor. i had to go out and buy sheets pillows blanket and towels to even stay the night, which we had to bcus there was no other option.

I had not been to this place in several years & they have since put up a big glass wall/room. It keeps the employees safe but doesn’t feel very safe for women checking in. I paid online so it would be quick but it seemed to take the same amount of time had I just walked up.

Checked in and out within the same hour. I was in the room long enough to pull the blanket down and immediately seen a bed bug on the pillow. The floor was filthy with hair/dust/old food from previous tenants. Absolutely will not recommend.

I did not like the fact we checked in late and the room was not ready and not clean. When they supposedly cleaned it there was a dirty wash rag left in the shower only two towels and the wash rags were dingy. Breakfast was a joke was told from 7 to 9 but they opened at 6 when we went down the kitchen had food spread all over the cabinets and the apples were starting to rot in areas and the only thing available was cereal and I ask if they were bringing out any else and the answer I received was the manager did not buy anything else that it. Positive side (the second shift desk clerk was having to leave her position to help clean rooms) she was very pleasant and did her best to help as she could. Hotel is in dire need of upgrades including employees
