Property was run down, door did not close properly. Hot water did not work. Shower drain was plugged. Did not have towels in the room. Too expensive for not so great hotel. I thought it being part of the Ramada chain, it would be better. The only good part was the breakfast. The food was good and the waiter was very pleasant.

The staff was very helpful amd friendly. They helped us with a reputable boat person to take us on a tour of the lake and it was just us two which nice. This is the only hotel in Flores with their own parking and it is gated which is great.

Excellent property. I asked for the upper level with a view, and I was ignored. The receptionist must listen to visitors' needs or advise their options so we know in advance what we are getting. A water warmer is available, but there are no drinking cups in the room.
