O quarto estava bom, espaco fisico muito bom, porem só no primeiro dia colocaram as toalhas em numero correto. As cortinas black out nao estao colocadas de tal forma que realmente bloqueie a luz. No WC falta ducha higienica. Ainda mantem o antigo bidê, porem nao funciona.

Nos decepcionamos! A piscina aquecida (nosso motivo de escolher o hotel) e tb as jacuzzis estavam com água fria, sendo impossível o banho! O elevador estragou, tivemos que subir e descer por quatro andares com duas crianças! No quarto tinha mta formiguinha, nossas malas ficaram cheias, no meio das roupas, terrível! Papel higiênico horrível. 8:40 da manhã e estavam martelando, causando grande barulho em nosso quarto! Café da manhã razoável, bolos ruins e facas que não cortavam! Acesso à praia mto bom. Não voltaríamos.

O hotel é pé na areia e tem uma área de lazer bem diversificada. O preço no restaurante é caro, o hotel em si precisa de uma boa reforma e os quartos precisam de um cuidado melhor, como exemplo a churrasqueira que tinha os equipamentos todos enferrujados.

Local muito bom, mas o hotel tem cheiro ruim por todos os lugares. O atendimento foi feito para atender uruguaios e argentinos, o pessoal se esforçava para falar português. Tem um restaurante de frutos do mar, a uns 300 metros do hotel, muito bom. Foi o que salvou nossa estadia

La vue est belle, mais c’est tout Notre lit avait l’odeur d’humidité comme jamais j’en ai vu dans ma vie… mes habits sentent encore l’humidité ! Tiene que mejorar algunos aspectos de las habitaciones en cuanto al mobiliario y la limpieza de las toallas, me tocó una habitación donde el comedor que era de mdf estaba levantado por la humedad y se estaba comenzando a levantar, solicité toallas para la playa y las cobran, no vi esa información en la reserva, pero adicional a eso las toallas venían manchadas, me percaté que no cambiaban las toallas, ya que todos los días me tocaba la misma y me di cuenta por una mancha que tenía.

Ótimo hotel.

Lugar incrível, com excelentes comodidades, acesso direto a praia, piscina externa e piscina aquecida sempre em boas condições, quartos com vista para o mar, excelente café da manhã, boa localização. Único problema que encontramos foi as janelas do banheiro serem transparentes, de noite é possível ver partes do corpo se ficar muito próximo ao vidro, tivemos que tomar banho de luz apagada.

Ótima localização, pé na areia, perto de varios restaurantes. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, o café da manhã é excelente, variedade de bolos, pães e bebidas. Quarto grande, com fogão, frigobar, pia, mesa pra 6 pessoas, 3 camas de solteiro e 1 de casal, nada como dormir ouvindo o mar. Estacionamento é grande e ainda fica ao lado de um posto de gasolina. Em relação a custo/benefício, esse foi um dos melhores locais que me hospedei no Brasil, estão de parabéns.

Boa estadia, podendo melhorar a limpeza.

A localização do hotel é ótima, pé na areia mesmo e o jardim de frente ao mar é maravilhoso. A equipe toda é muito gentil e prestativa. Infelizmente a limpeza deixa a desejar principalmente nas áreas da piscina que estava sem condições de uso de tão suja e fedida. O hall de entrada do quarto com forte cheiro de cigarro empregando todo o ar. O café da manhã é bom, nada de especial, e tem reposição até o minuto final. Apesar dos pontos citados, não tivemos problemas com a estadia e voltaria em uma próxima ocasião.

Quartos antigos sem estrutura adequada, banheiro com chuveiro que joga agua na parede, porta do banheiri maior que a parte fixa ( enfim, não fecha). TV horrivel com imagem desgastada , somente com canais digitais e poucas opções. Sem uma poltrona para assistir TV. Não ajudam a manusear as malas nem com check in nem no check out.

O hotel tem uma estrutura boa, com piscina aquecida e outra externa, pátio amplo com várias lugares para sentar e curtir, além de acesso fácil a praia, porém chega determinado horário em torno das 18:00, as cadeiras guarda sois e até às almofadas são recolhidas, nos quartos os detalhes deixam muito a desejar, quem dorme na sala precisa de mais uma cortina em cima da pia pois quando amanhece fica muito claro, nosso banheiro a tampa do vaso estava quebrada e isso ficou por uma três dias, até reclamar e trocarem, neste mesmo banheiro a porta do box estava quebrada e depois de cada banho o banheiro fica tudo molhado, as cortinas e persianas todas estavam com problema, não fecham direito, soltas não encaixam, ou não tem, a limpeza é dos quartos é muito superficial, somente no meio onde vc vê primeiro, nos cantos embaixo das camas poderia ser melhor limpo, a geladeira tivemos que pedir para limpar pois estava muito mal cheirosa, pois não limpavam. Café da manhã ok, nada demais, não tem muita variedade, em compensasão os bolos são bons. De forma geral gostamos de nossa estadia mas seria muito bom se o hotel tivesse atenção aos detalhes, um exemplo seria, pessoal da limpeza está diariamente limpando os quartos e vendo os problemas, elas poderiam relatar e assim evitar várias reclamações, ou então alguém responsável para revisar, identificar problemas e solicitar o conserto.
