Experiência muito boa. Quarto atende bem. Tudo novo e bem conservado. Se precisar fazer uma refeição tem pratos, talheres, copos, cooktop. Tem bucha e detergente pra lavar louça, se precisar. Tem shampoo, condicionador, sabonete em barra e líquido. Opção de lavanderia com sabão em pó e amaciante inclusos. Academia pequena se quiser fazer um treino. Os porteiros são bem treinados e atenciosos, chegam junto e se disponibilizam. O processo todo é completamente simples e digital. A leitura facial funciona super bem (tive uma experiência péssima em São Paulo com isso, mas aqui deu tudo certo). O único ponto negativo é que os lençóis estavam bem amassados, passando a sensação de falta de cuidado e até gerando dúvidas se foram realmente lavados. Não havia cheiros, nem sujidade visível mas o aspecto deixou uma impressão completamente negativa. É o tipo de coisa que não costumo encontrar em nenhum tipo de hospedagem.

Apartamento novo bem cuidado, bem mobiliado com itens de cozinha necessários como sanduicheira, cooktop, microondas e liquidificador. Possui lavanderia compartilhada emini academia. Ambiente bem seguro todo monitorado e todos os acessos sempre por biometria facial. Garagem para veículos. Ponto fraco para a unidade que fiquei foi o banheiro que é pequeno e o chuveiro não é centralizado ficando muito próximo do vidro e das prateleiras de vidro dificultando o banho! Tive dificuldades para fazer o cadastro biométrico antecipado, mas fui atendido pelo responsável pelo local que solucionou tudo. Ao chegar não tive dificuldades em acessar. Sempre tem uma pessoa na portaria do edifício.
