Ylellinen 5 makuuhuoneen 4. 5 kylpylä lomakoti, josta on suora yhteys merelle. Tämä koti tarjoaa käänteisen pohjapiirroksen kaikilla uusilla kalusteilla. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on king-sviitti, 2 queen makuuhuonetta ja 1 täysi / kahden hengen makuuhuone. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös pesutupa, jossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja toinen jääkaappi. Toisessa kerroksessa on valtava olohuone, avoin keittiö / ruokailutila. Toisessa kerroksessa on myös king-sviitti, Florida-huone keittiön ulkopuolelta ja yläkerrassa leskeparvi. Molemmissa kerroksissa on ympäröivät kuistit, joista on kauniit merinäkymät. Tämä koti sijaitsee 3 korttelin päässä Folly Beachin keskustasta, Folly Beach Pieristä ja lyhyen 15-20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Charlestonin keskustasta. Tämä lomakoti on riittävän suuri majoittamaan suuria perheitä, joissa on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa.

House was great for a large group, loved the location across the street from the beach. Fun playground/park near by our grands enjoyed. Walk to everything in the heart of Folly Beach. Furniture comfortable. Host was very responsive and caring. Being a coffee lover would have liked some coffee for first morning given there are 2 coffee makers.

Welcoming and available host! We had a great stay and thankful for the location across the street from beach access and only two blocks from town. Would recommend kids cups/plates/kids and gate for stairs, but the three young ones had a blast!!

Overall we had a good week but there were some issues early on. The floors had not been swept and there were several ant traps placed around the third floor. We found out why as within the first 30 minutes we killed a dozen big red ants. We slid the couch and loveseat forward and found food crumbs, candy wrappers and other trash underneath. The majority of the ants were found in this area. We purchased spray and treated around the sliding doors, baseboards and windows. We also placed new ant traps. After this we didn't see many over the rest of the week until the day we were leaving. The cleaning crew did not stock toilet paper outside of what was on the rollers. This was true for all the bathrooms. We had 9 people so that wasn't going to work. There was a secondary refrigerator on the second floor. It didn't cool and the freezer wouldn't freeze. We reviewed the owners manual to trouble shoot the issue and did everything it suggested. Nothing worked! One of the A/C units did not seem to be working. When we checked the controls on the third floor one, all was good. The second floor one read that is was not working. There were two grills on the third floor back porch. One had no interior guts to it so it was no more than a shell. The other was in horrible condition. We lifted the grilling racks to clean them and noticed one of the flavoring bars was totally rusted out and snapped in half. The other was in horrible condition but still intact. All else was good.

This is an awesome property! It is beautiful - large enough to accommodate family gatherings and so very comfortable! The beach is a stone's throw away and so gorgeous! The house is in walking distance of Center Street and all the restaurants & shopping anyone could want! Kate (our host) is super - very easy to contact and ensures that any needs are taken care of quickly. She definitely made me feel as though my family's visit was if the utmost importance to her. My whole crew feels as though we have found our vacation home/place!

A New Folly Adventure

As our family number has increased, we were looking for a larger venue for our annual vacation at Folly Beach. We were pleased with the location, easy access to the beach, comfortable beds and spacious gathering areas. Our granddaughter referred to the house as "our mansion" at the beach.

Amazing Stay!!

This lovely house was amazing for our group of teachers! The top level was very spacious! The host was incredible with some minor issues and expedited solutions!! Check in and check out was incredibly easy. The elevator was a super plus for our group! The walk to the beach is super easy with access across the street! Steps away from the ocean.

This is a very nice home with plenty of room for a large family. There are alot of stairs but the elevator makes it convenient. The photos are accurate. Location is perfect and there’s ample parking. The manager is very responsive
