There’s not too much in this part of the state that has anything luxurious or elevated. However, the hotel does a beautiful job of keeping everything clean and giving you access to a beautiful walking path and trails down to the beach! Staff is friendly and accommodating, and all of the conveniences you could need for a long weekend are here… Such a beautiful part of the country

For the $367 I paid I expected a really high end room with great ocean views - what we got was an old unupdated room from the 70s, noisy heater, no air conditioner, partial ocean view on ground floor. Room was clean, water was hot, front desk people were nice. The room was very noisy - some neighbors were high on weeds - couldn't sleep until 11:30pm . The room lacked sound insulation and so could hear conversation and every noise from the neighboring room. It is probably $100-150 a night motel room, overpriced at $367.Disappointed.

I love that this hotel is dog friendly so my babies could come on our first anniversary trip with my husband and I. The room was very clean with all the items we would need for the weekend. The deck was stunning.

We loved hearing the breaking ocean weaves as we went to sleep. The beach and cliffs just right out the back were amazing. There’s a walkway that runs just behind the property that was great to run or walk.

The whole hotel room feels clean. Relaxing room filled with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and proper towels for four people. The cleanliness just topples everything else. 9.5/10 especially a motel right by the coast.

The location is everything. perfect view! Slept to the sound of waves in moonlit room. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean! Cleaner than most hotels weve visited in the last few years. Cleaner than most 4 star hotels, how do you beat that? Will definitely be back.

Wonderful visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachcomber very much. The room was very nice, walking distance to Fort Bragg. The only two complaints are the bathroom is very small (tiny) and the lighting on the decks is very bright and harsh, could use a little softening.

Room had moldy smell..pillows had moldy smell and ocean view is very far away don't bother if your room is on first floor. We did not take shower in dirty tub and toilet with tiny space..sink is in same area with beds..was just one night but would not go back.
