the property is a typical Best Western well maintained clean big rooms and a very well stocked buffet. What bothered me was that the hotel advertises a business center on their website and on expedia, but the printer wasn't working because it was out of ink,and when I mentioned it to the person on the front desk, his response was "I'll let my boss know" That is not customer service in my opinion Thanks for caring!

Avoid!

Clean room. Pet-friendly. This is where the experience gained any stars. The parking lot is under destruction, and parking is at a minimum. Shared space with OTR trucks. Worker friendly hotel that sells alcohol in the lobby. Bar/party atmosphere not family-friendly at all. The worst situation was with the breakfast, and breakfast attendants. The breakfast included 3 month expired items. This is a terrible health hazard. When I showed staff the dates, they were flippant. When I spoke with the front desk, they were unconcerned. My children were subject to kitchen staff berating me when I left the breakfast area. Rude, unprofessional, and downright dangerous. As if it is my fault I spoke up about this terrible situation. Do better.

Great stay , absolutely will stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast offered lots options. Location is great near lots of food options, grocery, shopping and highway. Pricing was very reasonable. Outdoor pool looked well kept, it was closed, however it was too cold and too early in the year for swimming
