The room itself was in good condition. However, the staff were somewhat uncooperative. Our checkout time was 11:00 AM, but when we returned to the room after breakfast at 9:30 AM, we found that all the linens and towels had already been removed—even though our suitcases and laptops were still inside. When we called to have the linens reinstated, it took about 20 minutes for a staff member to arrive, only for him to leave again because he did not have the proper king-size bedsheets and pillow covers. By the time he returned, it was already close to our checkout time. This was not professional behavior.

Odd location, like a maze to get to the hotel. Room was ok, dirty & smelly stairway between the 2nd and 3rd floor, breakfast was subpar. There are lots of places to eat nearby however, and a Kroger grocery store nearby. Zoo not far away, though I wouldn't recommend that in the winter with much of the things closed.
