Below average but good for budget

Location is pretty good. It’s just 3 blocks from popular CrocoBeach. The hotel is run down, needs paint, needs newer decor. My room had 2 small windows facing interior shaft with hanging wires(?). The buffet breakfast is way below what other hotels offer. But if you’re on a budget it would do.

This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay.

Muito ruim!

Ao chegar no hotel, as condições do espaço não são boas. Não atende o que é divulgado. Os quartos e os móveis não atendem o anunciado nos sites. Quarto cheirando forte a mofo e esgoto. Logo que cheguei fui usar o banheiro, olhei para chão e lá estava um escorpião pronto para me dá uma picada. Pedi para trocar de quarto, conseguiram um, mas infelizmente é algo estrutural. Sem falar do atendimento que também não é de qualidade. Pedi uma refeição para ser entregue no quarto, na hora que pedi para recolher, o rapaz disse "deixe ai na frente que subi pra pegar". Fiquei incrédulo pq não tinha um aparador pra deixar, o único lugar que tinha era o chão. Falta qualidade e instrução. Não adianta ter as pessoas e "jogar" elas para trabalhar. Não culpo o rapaz, mas sim a falta de gerenciamento e na entrega do trabalho.
