Atendimento ruim!

Hotel me cobrou por talheres, internet não pegava e eu estava no hotel a negócios por isso a falta de internet atrapalhou bastante e pra finalizar a emissão da nota fiscal só ocorreu depois de insistentes ligações. Estrutura do hotel muito boa, café da manhã bom, porém algumas políticas como cobrança de talheres, falta de internet, falta de estacionamento e atendimento deixam a desejar.

Ótima experiência

Ficamos por sete dias no hotel Villa park, Fortaleza! O hotel tem uma localização ótima, cama confortável, bons travesseiros. O café da manhã atende perfeitamente, principalmente pelos valores da hospedagem. Os colaboradores são atenciosos e prestaram um excelente trabalho. Foi uma experiência muito agradável, com certeza voltaremos.

Pelo custo benefício vale muito à pena.

A estadia foi muito boa, a localização é ótima o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Só o atendimento no salão de café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar. A reposição era um pouco demorada e um dos dias fiquei sem tomar leite no café da manhã. Fui pegar o leite na garrafa e havia acabado. Avisei a menina da cozinha e ela levou a garrafa para fazer a reposição, porém como já estava próximo do horário de finalizar o café da manhã e só estava eu no momento no restaurante ela não trouxe mais o leite e tomei só o café mesmo. Mas no resto não tenho do que reclamar.
