Located on the 1st floor of a small residence without a lift, the apartment offers all the comfort necessary for a successful stay, with a pleasant balcony to enjoy the Breton sun. You can also enjoy a fenced garden, shared between residents, perfect for a moment of relaxation.
Enter through the entrance door and let yourself be seduced by a pleasant living room of nearly 30 m², open onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying beautiful days. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a French press, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster are also available. Meals can be shared around the dining table for 4 people, and you can extend the evening in the living area, comfortably settled in front of the television.
The sleeping area consists of two sleeping spaces: upstairs, on the mezzanine, there is a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), and the living room sofa bed can accommodate two additional people.
