Quiet and spacious cottage in the countryside
Located directly opposite the church in the heart of this small village, this former 19th-century presbytery offers a peaceful retreat. Here, you can fully enjoy the countryside in the heart of the village and its shaded square. This cottage is ideal for a stay with friends or family in central France.
Upon entering the cottage, you'll find the living room with its pellet stove for cozy fires in season. The fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect setting for preparing meals together. On the ground floor: a bedroom with wheelchair access and a desk area (ground floor, 160x200cm bed) with an en-suite shower room.
A separate toilet is located under the stairs.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Bedroom 2 (160x200cm bed) connects to bedroom 3 (one 140x190cm bed and one 90x190cm bed). A play area is located in bedroom 4, which is furnished with two 90x190cm beds and a sofa bed for one person.
A lockable outbuilding with a ping-pong table is available for your use.
The property is 800m from the Bouble gorges, ideal for fishing (2nd category river), and for hiking. It is also 700m from the Saint-Pourçain vineyards.
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
