Rent of individual house in the plain of Baracci, it offers to the lovers of nature and the peace of the countryside, a central position (the Golf of Valinco is equi-distance from Ajaccio and Porto-Vecchio) so that you can enjoy your vacation whatever your desires, outdoor activities, heritage discovery or simply lazing around.
The house has an area of 65 m2 and a fenced garden of 1700 m2. It has a capacity of 4 beds.
It consists of a rather spacious living room with the freshness of old stones, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one single and one double) as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. It also has two terraces furnished to be able to enjoy beautiful summer evenings or a siesta in the shade but also a private parking lot.
The accommodation is non-smoking, bed linen and towels are provided. It also has baby equipment and pets are not accepted.
Propriano, its beaches and its amenities are around 10/15 minutes or 8km.
