Welcome to Frankfort, MI. Our home is located just minutes from several beaches, dune hikes and other outdoor adventures!

When entering our home you are greeted by a cozy little bar and game area. Straight ahead you will see the laundry rooms . (not very exciting). To the left are two bedrooms and the first floor bathroom. One bedroom contains two queen beds and the other has one full sized bed (plus a small walk-out deck).

Head upstairs and you walk directly into the kitchen/dining and living rooms. To the left you will find the 3rd bedroom ( two twin beds) and second bathroom. To the right, and exiting the living room is the second floor/tree top deck. A great spot for morning coffee.

The home stays fairly shaded and cool and does not have central air conditioning.
There is a window ac unit in the upstairs main space and a portable ac one downstairs common room/bar. Ceiling fans are located in every bedroom and the upstairs living room as well. The outdoor space is 3 acres of mostly forested land and features an outdoor play area for the kids, a couple of disc golf cages and a fire pit.

Finally, after a long day adventuring, relax with a drink at places like Storm Cloud brewery, St. Ambrose Cellars or any of the other great places in the area. We look forward to your stay.

Wonderful Stay

The property was just as described and pictures were accurate. It was located centrally to everything we wanted to do. The home was spacious and bedrooms/bathrooms were large. We enjoyed it a lot!

Adventure is out there!

This was a trip our group of friends went on. We had an awesome trip with absolutely zero issues! There was seven of us staying in the house, and the place was perfect for our trip. We all loved the place and took advantage of all the aspects. We all loved that there was places for us to spend time togeter and board games and other gsmes provided for us but also plenty of spaces for us to get away if we needed to. We also appreciated that the house orovided all thing we might need like items on the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom. Another thing we loved was the fire place outside and also enjoyed taking walks in the woods. We also loved thst the place was close to the beach and liked that the place provided beach items as well. Overall, we really loved this place and would've stayed there even longer if we could. This place would be perfect if you're taking a trip with a group of friends or a family.

We enjoyed our stay however there needs to be a few improvements. The couch upstairs is not usable. When you sit in it you sink and have a hard time getting out. The water pressure was an issue. Cant have two water sources on at the same time. We like the open floor plan upstairs the best.
